I had such a busy month. I had a lot of tests, papers to write and project to make but the term is finally over. So in the first day of my little vacation I took some friends and tortured them in the cold. I'm sooo sorry guys!!! The temperature was 5 degrees below 0, so thank you girls so much for your effort.

And because this is my first post in 2011 I want to wish you a (late) Happy New Year! May all your wishes come true this year.

A fost o luna atat de incarcata. Am dat o groaza de teste, am avut de scris si de facut proiecte, dar din fericire semestrul s-a sfarsit. Asa ca in prima zi din mica mea vacanta mi-am luat cateva prietene si le-am cam torturat in frig. Imi pare rau !!! Erau in jur de -5 grade, asa ca va multumesc din inima ca ati rezistat .

Si pentru ca acesta este primul meu post din 2011 vreau sa va urez un an nou fericit ! ( si intarziat). Sper ca toate dorintele sa vi se implineasca.

Relaxed Weekend

This is probably the one weekend in a long time in which I did whatever I wanted. No homework, no promises that I had to acomplish, absolutely nothing in my agenda.
So I went shopping with my parents. Besides food, we picked up some decorations and presents for Christmas even though we bought last week too, but I think that you can never have enough of them.
And of course I couldn't resist to take a look in a library so I ended up going with 4 historical novels, 3 volumes about Maria, queen of Romania and one about Marie Antoinette. I don't like history very much, it has never been my favourite class, but I thought I should get out from my confort zone and try this genre.
In the evening, my dear friend Simina payed me a visit because I could't get outside because of the cold I still have. Today I had some me time. After lunch I edited some photos that I took last year in Greece. I miss that country so bad. It's definetely my favourite.

Happy Halloween, guys !

I've never celebrated Halloween. Maybe because I didn't grew up with such a tradition, it became popular only a few years ago in my country , or maybe because it isn't celebrated properly. Here people don't trick or treat, they just dress up and go to parties so I think the hole purpose of the celebration is lost from the beggining.

And because I had a little cold today, I stayed home so I watched Tim Burton's Edward Scissorhands. The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride. Not too spooky, but at least they still are in the theme. I hate watching horror movies by myself.

Wow, it's been almost a month since I created the last post. I'm so so sorry , followers, really, for neglecting you this past time .

School is awfull. It doesn't keep me busy right now as it does to most of my friends, I just had a few test papers. But I find those 6 hours that I spend there each day without purpose. Of course being surrounded by some of my friends it's funny and pleasent, but I could do so many things in those hours that I don't get to do now . I also have exam preparation three times a week for Dele, Cae and Ielts. But enough with the school talk.

I'm looking for some girls that wish to model for me if someone is interested. It's just for my personal portofolio so there will be no payment, I just want to experiment some new things. As I was reading The Virgin Suicides I discovered the quote above . Cecilia is so right . if you never been a thirteen year old girl you better shut it because everything you'll say we'll prove it wrong .
I remember being thirteen... and I think that year was the darkest of all . There were so many new things you couldn't handle , so many mistakes you could make . We were stupid kids who knew nothing about life but we pretended to know everything .
Betrayal , lies , love , heartbreak , tears those were the main words I learned that time . And despite how much those experiences made me grow as a person , I wish nobody to be a thirteen year old girl .

Last week I attended a soiree at one of my friends' house . And of course the gossip time came and during the discussion I found out that I'm considered a very nice person , too nice in some situations .

And in that moment the reason of my frustraitions that I've been having the past few months became so clear . I'm too nice , that's the problem . I don't like to leave a mess behind me , instead I make myself miserable everytime something bad or out of place happens , whatever my fault is mine or not . Sometimes I dye inside , but no one cares , no one is concerned.

But what if something will happen ? Everyone will be sad , because everyone was my best friend , right ? Well guess what , there are few people that really earned my respect .

And of course that I'm thankful for the good opinion that people have on me , I just have to discover which people are saying what they really think and which people are just kissing my ass . Because my former best friend taught me something well . In every relashionship there is an interest in between ; I hope not in all of them , but you must admit that the girl has a point .

I bought this book three years ago and read it during a very emotional time . I was thirteen , broken hearted and lonely, and I'm not lying when I say that it saved my life . And for some reason I related so much with Astrid . I give her all the credit for going through all she had.
The feeling of isolation that is a thread throughout the novel, the strenght Astrind had during thoose years ... If you haven’t seen it, or even read the book I think you should.

Odata , aveai doar un punct mic , ce credeai ca e inofensiv , pe inima ta . Nu i-ai dat atentie , te mai intepa uneori , dar te gandeai ca e de la problemele obisnuite ce ajungeau sa te intristeze zilnic pentru cateva minute . Au trecut zile , au trecut luni si tu credeai ca totul e ok .
Dar intr-o zi , ti s-a facut rau brusc . La o analiza amanuntita inima ta era aproape o treime neagra .
"S-a intins ca o pata de cerneala pe o foaie alba." ti-a explicat doctorul . Usor , fara durere , ca mai apoi insa sa explodeze brusc .

Nu stiam , ce as fi putut sa fac ? Mi-ar fi placut sa-mi scot inima din piept , sa o pun la pamant si sa o zdrobesc , poate ca odata cu ea te vei duce si tu . Mi-ar fi placut insa si sa vin la tine , sa-ti pun cateva picaturi de otrava in pahar , crezand ca atunci cand vei pleca si tu inima mea va fi din nou ca inainte . Insa cel mai tare mi-as fi dorit sa te intorci plin de regrete , pata de cerneala sa dispara , iar tu sa ramai langa mine .
Ca sa se indeplineasca un vis insa , nu e nevoie doar de o persoana .
